[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding big blunder committed by flipkart by delivering different product. | |
It is to bring to your notice that i have ordered realme 2 pro smartphone, with my old smartphone exchanged. When i opened the box, i have received totally different product in the form of honor 7a, this is not the product i have ordered. This is very disappointing as to how flipkart can do such blunder. Since i have exchanged the old mobile, i don't have any smartphone to whom i can communicate with. I have been following up with the customer support but they have not given any solution nor assurance. No one is even clear about providing support. I feel very cheated as i have immediately requested for replacement and no response from the team yet. I have forwarded replacement request, it was scheduled to be delivered by 26thnov 2018, now i have received mail that it is cancelled without any reason. I have exchanged my old mobile, paid for new mobile, i have nothing left except mental harrassment. Was this information helpful? | |
