I have purchased Alcatel onetouch idol x+ from flipkart this week.. but i have not got boomband with this phone which is company giving along with this phone.. when i checked the items you are giving with this phone you have written boomband with this phone... so please rectify my problem and kindly provide me with boomband regards... Verified Support Jan 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on '[protected]' multiple times and there was no response from customer. So sending e-mail to customer asking for alternate number to address his issue.
