[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding defective mobile accessories | |||
I have bought a mi note 5 pro on 26th august 2018 on your flipkart. When started to charge the mobile i came to know that the charger is defective. I reported complaint to flipkart and on 1st september 2018 they assured me that i would get a gift card worth rs 400 to buy a new one, which will reflect in next 24 to 48 hours. But the gift card worth rs 400 have not been received till date today is 05 september 2018. I really surprised how could they do like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
