[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding delay of shipment

I ordered jbl partybox 200 from your website my shipment has not delivered the due date was
25th of january. The app shows that shipment is delevered to nearest hub but when i getting calls from the flipkart backend to cancel my order but i don't want to cancel. They always say that the issue will be solved in 48 hours its been seven days and they keep calling me to cancel my order. I want the my product dilevered to as soon as possible.
