Flipkart — Regarding delayed delivery and extending delivery without notification | |
I ordered Moto edge 20 Fusion phone on 7-Oct-21 and date of delivery was mentioned as 18-Oct-21, I can see/track my order is reached to nearest hub on 16-oct-21 at 5am and which is only 2-3km from my home. Today evening (i.e. 18-Oct) when I checked the status I can see my order delivery postponed to 20-oct-21 without even notifying through text/email/mob notification to me. Now it's showing that order will be delivered by 20-Oct. I can track that my order is at same hub from date 16-Oct. I'm totally unhappy with Flipkart's service, just because I paid full money for mobile and in-return they aren't providing timely service. I can see lot of complaints having same issues of late delivery and extending the delivery date without notifying the customers. I believe they are utilizing this money to gain interest in the name of Big Billion days. By doing so you are loosing genuine customers. I tried contacting customer support but I understood that all calls automatically set to bot/automated system. They keep telling you will set up a call with customer executive. And for suprise I got a call from them and within 5 seconds call got dropped from their before picking-up. I know for sure they will tell in defense that we called you but call went unanswered. I have screenshot of in how many seconds call got dropped from their side. Also they defense themselves by saying 16th was Dussehra. but what about other two days. I saw Ekart person delivering goods in my nearby area then what's wrong with my mobile delivery. I'm totally unsatisfied with Flipakrt's delivery service and I need my order to be received to my address as soon as possible. This is not the first time that they are to late for delivery.
