[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding false deduction of money

Dear sir,
I tried an online transaction for the mobile redmi note 4 amounting rs10, 999/- from flipkart on 7/10/2017 time 11:22pm. The process was not successful but the amount was debited from my account transaction no. Tx[protected], order id. Od[protected]. I have contacted flipkart many times asking them to refund my money, but they are not providing any proper information regarding above mentioned issue.
So, i request you to kindly look at the matter and tell flipkart to refund my money as soon as possible. Thanking you.
