I Purchased 1.5 ac from Flipkart. After delivery the installation was done on 10 may 2022. The very next day while using the ac we realized that the water is coming out from the indoor unit inside the room. So raising the concern I call to lg customer care log the complaint . They send me the contact of its nearest centre. When I talked at that number the engg said that some local guys done the installation. He raise some point which are follows
1. Is ur engg check the vaccume in the pipes
Answer : no
2. If the connection pipes are greater then 5 meter then they have to add some more gass into the ac.
Answer : as per engineers the length of Piper were 8 meters. 3 meter (lg provided) + 5 meter (15 foot ) additional.
3. Have checked the ampere.
Answer : no.
4. Have they provided the bill
Answer : no
5. How much I paid to them.
Answer : 5700 rs
6. He informed me if lg engg have not done the installation then lg product warranty may affect.
I already have done installation payment to Flipkart arranged engg. So I m requesting to Flipkart plz arrange a lg brand authorised service engg for the resolution of my issue. And get the issue resolved asap. If the brand engg service is chargeable then flipkart have to pay the same to them.
Respond me asap.
Without providing me any resolution how flipkart marked the issue as resolved
