I bought lenovo A6000 plus on flipkart July 23, 2015. The battery of this mobile is troubling since 1 month. Fully charged mobile withstand the charge one or two hours only. The order id is OD[protected] and delivered date is July 23, 2015. The amount of product is Rs.7499 through cash on delivery. Shipping tracking id is WSRC[protected]. I request you to solve this issue soon. Thanks.

Spoke to customer on [protected], he has been to ASC and they ask the customer to submit for 10 - 20 days for the service and he has taken back the product from ASC and inform him to get back to us with the ASC details. Customer agreed. Hence closing the case until customer revert.
