I purchased a Micromax 32 inch LED TV along with extended warranty of 2 year by Flipkart Protect from flipkart. Extended warranty policy number is EWFK[protected]. I raise my complaint on 16th June, 2022 and Jeeves service executive took my tv on 02nd July, 2022 for repair.
They fake completed the service on 16th July, 2022 stating that the service is completed and when I contacted filpkart and jeeves they said "It was a fake closure of the claim and may be happend due to any technical issue" and said please don't worry your TV is at service center and we will repair and deliver it to you very soon. Then, I asked for refund because as per policy document if the product is not repaired within 30 calendar days customer is eligible for refund of 70% - 80% of the value of tv as per the invoice/bill. The executive who was on the call said "Yes, sir if you want refund instead of tv then you can request for the refund also and you will get 70% of amount mention in the invoice". Then, I said "Ok, issue me the refund I will buy a new tv". Then, she said "Ok, I've mentioned in the claim that customer wants refund instead of tv and sent it to the concerned team. They will provide you the refund within 2 working days".
From then till now its been more than 10 working days I'm regularly contacting them they always say "We are working on it, please wait for 24-48 hours".
Their 24-48 hrs are not getting over. They are very unprofessional when I again contact jeeves one executive said "Sir, aap samjhte hai na paisa dena kisko accha lagta hai.". Very unprofessional answers and no response from them.
