Flipkart — Regarding not providing GST invoice after many calls on behalf of me

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have order the Nothing 1mobile on 20.07.2022 with mentioning gst details of my firm. On 20.07.2022 I have one invoice of offer Flipkart first flight in gst details of my firm not mentioned. From 24.07.2022 I have make many calls to Flipkart customer care regarding my issue but no one resolved my issue. On calling to customer care they said it's yr responsibility. We can't do any more. I make this my concern to Flipkart many times but they failed to do this. This is clear cut that Flipkart it's clear cut deficiency in service by Flipkart. They make fool customer and used his hard earned money.

Till date no one contact me regarding this issue despite of many calls from me and no resolution provided by any one. when i return the phone the executive denied not to return only replacement is provided but on website they clearly mentioned 7 days return policy and No one provided me the amended invoice, in which my firm details are mentioned. They only raise concern not my complaint. This is the clear cut case deficiency in service. For which flipkart is liable. its total mental torcher to the customer

This is true in case of Google Pixel 6a as well. They launched it exclusively on Flipkart. I have enquired about GST invoice through Flipkart and Google support team both separately. All efforts in vain, Google said they can't comment on Flipkart in this matter and Flipkart said its depends on seller.
Main point is if a mobile/product is exclusive to Flipkart then it's Flipkart 's responsibility to provide GST invoice.

I'm guessing they might be using shell companies as sellers and making use of Input tax credits of them. In short, tax ki chori kr rhe hain
