Flipkart — Regarding not refunding of amount against return request of items

We had received one campus shoe & two wooden temple on 28/08/2022 & 27/08/2022 but we were satisfied with product quality so we had raised return request on the same day of receipt of items, but it has been more than 13 days, no one have come to picked up the items.. Customer care executive are doing false promises only and also they have instigated us to cancel the return request of one product to re-initiate again.Order ID is OD[protected].
