Flipkart — Regarding on invoice without mentioned a serial number on it

I purchased a HP laptop 14s fy1003AU on 19-SEP-2023 from Flipkart. I got delivered on time and after receiving the product I checked the status of the warranty duration but its showing from JAN 2023 to JAN 2024 for one year onsite warranty. I raised dispute on it because of I purchased on[protected] which the warranty starts from the purchase date or invoice date. I contacted the HP technical team regarding warranty dispute and they ask to provide invoice I submit the invoice which got from Flipkart purchase but the HP technical team rejected the invoice due to not availing the serial number of the product on the invoice. I want a invoice with serial number mentioned on it. Kindly help to resolve my concern.
