Regarding Order ID OD[protected]
This is regarding order placed with order ID OD[protected]Moto G (2nd Gen)) ordered on 28th April 2015.
The above product was received on 5th May 2015. After that I spotted Pink Vertical Lines on the Display of Moto G then i call on toll free no to register a complain. The concerned person registered it with Return ID 18984663 on 9th May. Accordingly i download the SMART CHECK
APP for further processing as per the instructions provided.
After getting no solution from your end again i call on toll free no on 12th May 2015 to check the status
of my complain then the concerned person says that your previous request has been cancelled and
will generate new return request with Return ID 19167194. So i wait for call for Technical Support Team.
Due to some Network problem they are not able to rectify the issue after a call of more than half an hour.
Then it refers the call for the next day and i didn't get any schedule timings for that.
On 15th again it has been disapproved by the seller and the person again generate new Return ID
19399389 but i am not getting any timings for the technical support call. So today again i am calling
to check the status then same thing happened again and a new Return ID has been given 19439888.

Now tell me that this is the way to deal with your customer, you people are doing nothing just passing the time so that the return period has over.
Note:- I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by you.
Now i am not gonna to replace this product, due to your poor services i want my money back on the same SBI A/c from which i pay the amount.
Kindly send your people to take back your product from the shipping address.
