[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding order id od[protected] delivery | |||||
Hi, I ordered a real me 2 pro phone during the big billion sales (Order id od[protected]. The expected delivery was on 19th october. The delivery status in the website has not changed since 15th oct, its still showing "dispatched to motherhub_csk" I have been repeatedly following for the delivery of this product. Whenever i speak to customer care, i only get response saying wait till tomorrow, it will get delivered by tomorrow. (Promised first the delivery will take place by 20th, then 21st, then 25th and 26th) they promised five dates post the expected delivery date and failed in all previous dates as promised. I really don't understand whats the issue and what can be done. I am totally disappointed with the service, this i never expected such type of service from a company like flipkart.
