[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding order return

I'm purchased OneTouch Select 50 Strips but I received OneTouch Select Plus Strips. That's why i contacted customer support team and they created refund request and seller approved it but Ekart(Logistics Partner) cancelled the pickup without calling me even when i contacted him he even didn't picked up my call. and i received a message from Ekart Pickup Cancelled: Pickup of OneTouch Select 50 Glu... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. But from that day to 3 days in my area Internet service suspended by Gov that's why I can't able to know status and not able to contact flipkart. So i contacted on 20th and customer support team created replacement but i don't want to replacement i want refund so i told customer support team for cancel replacement and create refund request 4 to 5 times but they said we having system errors please contact later or cancel replacement from your own side then contact us(Flipkart customer care). I want refund because now already purchased from Offline market after you approve Refund request.

And now I'm really irritated with Flipkart in this order also faced 3 worst experience .

1st:-. Different products Received And no Return policy in it.
2nd:- Refund request accepted that's why i purchase it in offline for checking blood sugar level. but pickup cancelled by Ekart.
3rd. I wanted refund but replacement created which is waste of money and product for me because i already purchased it in offline.
