[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding paylater payment.

I bought a shirt using flipkart paylater. The amount was rs. 641 (25th may, 2018). But suddenly i saw that they have added rs. 2228 extra with that amount on 29th may, 2018. I lodged a complain on 31st may, 2018 but since they have given me dates only. I have contacted them at least 8-9 times and still they haven't provided me the resolution. The pet line is "please wait for 24hrs". I have already missed my due date for this. It is kind of mental harassment and defamation. What should i do?

Customer had raised a complaint regarding the refund issues with Flipkart Buy Now Pay Later.

Informed the customer that these charges were refunded earlier due to technical issue. Hence, the same amount is being recovered. Transaction details have been shared. Information provided, closing the case.

I have maild back to Flipkart Customer support with my bank details and bank statement. There were no such amount has been transferred into my bank account. I haven't received anything. I have contacted my bank also and they don't have such information.

If Flipkart is providing the correct, then the transaction date was 25Th May, 2018 it is one month now and I haven't received anything.

In the other hand Flipkart is charging me penalty.

I have already mailed Flipkart with my bank statement and other details.

Please help me to get rid off this thing.
