I have ordered a product SKINPLUS makeup brushs kit with sponge puff Seller: MISSLOOK and got a damage product. So in this regard I have talked (20.09.2022) to Flipkart CS and they proceed for refund. Next day recieved a massage from Ekart for pickup. So I called him 3 times him for pickup and his one speech that he is coming. Everytime during call he is saying he is coming. But at the night
Ekart rejected my return request saying that the product is mismatched. But Nobody from Ekart has visited to me for picking up the product. After that again I have talked to Flipkart CS and they proceed for refund and today received same massage from Ekart that they will pickup the product by on or before 9pm. But till now no one visited to me for picking up the product.
in the message it was told that product mismatch. But nobody from Ekart visited to me. Why Ekart wishmaster doing fun with us. This is intolerable.I need my refund. what will I do with damage product.
