[Resolved] Flipkart — Regarding Refund of Money for Paylater

Dear Team, I have been a very old customer of flipkart and I have made a payment of 3260/- for flipkart paylater on 30th Aug 2021 and the money was debited from my account but it didnt reflected in my Flipkart account. So, Once again I made the payment on 03rd Sep 2021 for the same and it took a day to reflect in my flipkart account. But the money that was debited from my Bank Account on 30th Aug 2021 has not been refunded yet to me and I have confirmed from my bank that the amount has been credited to the Flipkart account with Idfc whereas Flipkart customer care is not able to clarify the payment status. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I have tried contacting customer care but they are not able to help me in the same. Regards Puru Mob:-[protected] Was this information helpful? Sep 09, 2021 Updated by Purusingh I have received a call from Flipkart but my issue is still not resolved. They have promised me to provide a solution by tomorrow. Verified Support Sep 19, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that your transaction of Rs.3260/- dated on 30th August 2021 was unsuccessful as the payment did not go through. If your account has been charged for the above amount and the same has not yet been reversed to your account, we request you to get in touch with the bank grievance team. They will be assisting you further in this regard. Your kind understanding is appreicated.
