[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding rejected replacement even when the product has many issues | |
I had hardware, screen, battery and over heating issues with my new phone asus zenfone max m1. I requested replacement twice with in 10 days of delivery but it got rejected because the tech guy sorted a few problem that time. Now since the 11th day i've been facing the same problem and worse, on complainh they said the replacement time is over and now i need to sort it out with the service center directly. It's absurd. Please reach out to people in flipkart who can help me out. I ordered the phone in delhi. Now i am in sikkim. Was this information helpful? | |
