This is to state that the pick up person from Delhivery vide AWB no.[protected] had arrived at my location for pick up, but he denied the pick up as the message displayed in his mobile was QC fail, on further enquiry he stated that he had been shared an image of new product to pick up and since this one is an old one, so QC has failed and pick up can't be done.
My whole case was regarding delivery of damaged and old product. So i guess the courier partner should have been provided the real images of product ( for pick up purpose) as shared by me only, if it is compared with original brand new then in no case it shall be picked up.
So after so long of struggle i am again at the same position and the case is yet not resolved.
Kindly enquire further and arrange for the pick up followed by return/ refund/ replacement of my product.
I needed this product for my nephew this diwali and was planning but yet not have any clarity as what to do further and how to do.
