[Resolved] Flipkart — Regarding return request on flipkart | |||||
Hello, I have placed a return request with returnID[protected] having orderID (OD[protected]. It was mentioned in the description that it is 5 inch screen display. But 1 inch screen is reserved and that is not for use. I checked setting but did not get any such setting to expand it. If 1 out of 5 inch screen is not for usable, why it is not mentioned in the description itself. I called many time to customer care person and he respond back also, but they are not ready to return by saying we have 30 days replacement policy but not return policy. And since it is not manufacture problem we cant exchange it. This is really very bad for flipkart. In this way, Flipkart is not making your customer delight. Flipkart is losing faith form itself. I want my honor 4c with 5 inch screen usable. Kindly take required action. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 21, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been addressed with customer. As the product has only a replacement policy.
