We are selling on flipkart for almost a year now.
Recently we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.
REASON - SELLER FRAUD
Steps to reactive your account-
Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.
We also raised 2 tickets regarding the above and did not receive the satisfactory response from your end.
Response from Flipkart Seller Support
Dear Seller,
Our investigation team has investigated your account and has found that your account is linked to another suspended / blocked seller account on the platform. Your account will not be re-activated. Our terms o[censored]sage clearly state “A seller that has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with us or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such a seller is reinstated by us†and you have been found in violation of these terms and appropriate legal action can be initiated against you.
Due to the proprietary/confidential nature of our business, we do not provide information on how we did the investigation and found you linked to other seller accounts. We have a strong Fraud Investigation Department which has clearly established your linkage to other suspended / blocked seller accounts on the platform, hence your account will not be reactivated.

We have all of the documents and even our registered brand trademark with us for verification.
As we have not done any fraudulent activity and not been involved in any linking of seller fraud accounts, we have a right to know the following:-
1) What does linking of account to another suspended seller account mean?
2) We would like to know which account we have been linked with?
3) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
4) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension. Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly.
Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not done any fraud.
We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the case for almost 10 days.
If we do not get satisfactory answers, we will only be left with filing RTI CASE.
