[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding the flipkart easy returns policy

I hereby inform you that, i purchased a product from flipkart recently and it was found faulty. So i raised a return request within the return period. I got a confirmation of replacement and i received a sms and e-mail.
But without prior notice through sms or phone call the replacement was cancelled from flipkart end. And now the return policy is over. They are neglecting to make a replacement and asking sorry for inconvenience caused.
