[Resolved] Flipkart — Regarding the Refund Procedure | |||
I had placed an order OD[protected], however as per flipkart they are not able to fullfill the order hence they would refund the money. There is absolutely no clarity regarding the return of money. The flipkart representative had been asking the bank account details on the phone, this is really unacceptable. I had been requesting the representative to send mail regarding the requirement of the details to do the refund, however she had been saying that it cannot be done. I think asking anyone's account detail over the phone is against ethics and policy. I would appreciate if a mail can be sent regarding the required details for refunding the money. Verified Support Jan 11, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that we should not ask bank details over phone we need to send email and informed customer will take your feedback and we sent bank details also please revert it back. Hence closing the case.
