[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding tv installation | |||
Hi sir, I purchased mi led smart 4a pro 80 cm (32) with android tv from flipkart on 19th april and received that on 22nd april. My installation date was 25th april and still it was not done. I complained almost 7 to 8 times since 25th apr but every time they are telling some reason and post-ponying the installation. Everyday i am calling the flipkart escalation team and jeevas (Installation) team but they are are not coming for the installation. I am asking the flipkart team to cancel the order and refund if they are not able to install the tv but that also not happening. I want my tv installation else my money back. Please help me.
