[Resolved]  Flipkart — regarding worst service of courier agent

Dear sir/ madam,
I have ordered item vide order id od[protected]. After receipt of message regarding out for delivery of said item i have contacted the courier boy through mobile for status of item. He confirmed the receipt of item but he denied to bring my items even after physical dispatch to this location by flipkart central facility center. Last time i ordered 6 items with another registered mobile no [protected]. He had also rejected those items without giving intimation to user or otherwise to flipkart facility centre. I contact customer support and lodge complaint against these issues. They further executed my complaint and assured to rectify the issue on before 16 nov 2019 but they are also not able to rectify the issue till date and also cancelled the ordered items once again without intimation. This is very worst service of courier it directly effects the fame of flipkart. Request solve the above mentioned issues at your end, also forward all the items rejected by courier boy at his end with his own opinion to my address at the earliest please with giving proper instructions/guidelines to courier boy
