Flipkart — Registered mobile number change without otp from old phone, lost my previous number.

I lost my previous sim card and is not active. I need to change my registered phone number to a new sim I am currently using. I have been addressing this issue for the past 5-6 months and no appropriate solution had been provided to me yet. Kindly get my registered number changed so I can keep using the plus membership benefits I have secured by using all these years.
