[Resolved] Flipkart — reimbursement of amount | |||
I ordered a pair of lee cooper shoe on 04/11/17 and i received the courier by 09/11/07 and the shoe which i got received was big and i search for the small size but unfortunately there was no small size at that time and i cancelled the order and the executive took the shoe return and i got a message from flip kart saying that your return accepted and refund processed and the refund will be done by 17/11/17 but yet i didn't received the amount. Verified Support Nov 26, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, informed that the refund is been completed from our end, customer stated the funds are not credited, informed to raise a chargeback and wait for banks response, she agreed, also sent her the an email with complete refund details. Hence closing the case.
