i am trying contacting flipkart people on their help line but i unable to contact only .i have also email to flipkart on the email idd [protected]@flipkart.com from there i got the message this email idd is not working .so please let me know where and what should i do to return or exchange the battery from flipkart as this is creating too much problem for me
so i request you on the whole kindly solve the matter on a urgent basis

I have received the battery on 17th april in the ist week battery is working fine but now the battery is not lasting more than 5hrs
So i request you kindly replace the battery as a immediate effect.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue, requested to contact seller. customer contacted and orally got the confirmation from seller to get the return. So we requested to get the confirmation from mail and forward to us then we are able to honor the request. customer agreed and closing the case till customer reverts with mail confirmation.
