[Resolved] Flipkart — related to account barred and product return | |||
I have purchased a product integriti men's jeans of worth value 1011 which order id is od[protected]. According to company policy, return and replacement is available but when i rerturned two or three product then flipkart blocked my account. When i contact to his customer support team, he says that my account is freeze and they can not return or replace my product. And also says i am able not able to login in future. We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
