Flipkart — Related to Wrong Product

Dear Flipkart Team,

My concern is about my Order-related Query in which I had Ordered Wrogn Hustle 45 Pro Bag but I got Skybags(model I don't know)in usable condition.

I want my refund.

This is not the experience I wanted with Flipkart.

I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing from you.

I had also tried to raise my concern through contact no. and from app but I'm unable to do that.

So, please help with this, refund my money and solve my concern ASAP.
