[Resolved] Flipkart — repeated cancellation of return request by flipkart | |||
I had purchased a wall clock in october. Since the quality of the product was very bad, i had requested for a return but flipkart had repeatedly cancelled my return request for no reason inspite of my multiple phone calls at their customer care centre. I want to return the product with a clearcut refund and don't want the same bogus quality product in replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because the product quality was not good, we apologies and taken the refund request for customer. Product picked up and refund completed from our end. Now we tried to contact the customer but we could breeze through hence mail sent to customer regarding the refund completion information and close the complaint from our end.
