Flipkart — Repeated failure in replacement of product | |||
I had raised a return request due to missing parts of an order on 09.10.2020. Till date i.e. 20.10.2020, neither product has been replaced nor refund has been initiated. Three replacement dates have missed the target i.e. 15, 17 and 19.10.2020. This is a gross negligence on the part of Flipkart as well as seller. Order details: Item: Atomberg Efficio 900 mm BLDC Motor with Remote 3 Blade Ceiling Fan Order no.: OD[protected] Order date: 10.9.2020 Return request date: 09.10.2020 Accordingly, it is requested to take up issue with Flipkart and arrange refund of my order amount immediately.
