My order id is od[protected]. I had ordered a micromax canvas doodle 2 a2a240 via flipkart on the first week of october which i had received on 5th. It worked fine for two days. After which it switched off and refused to charge or switch on at all. After all the possible ways of charging or switching it on didn't work i had filed for a return. Now unlike the usual refund option this particular product only had the replacement considering that there was no other option i went for that. Yesterday around 3-3:30pm i received the replacement handset, which was fully packed and sealed, i had placed it to charge for four hours as! Mentioned in the handset manual that was in the box, i had it charged for four hours (3:45pm - 7:45pm) yet the phone had not switched on or showed any display or the led indicator didn't blink at all. The previous handset had charged well and fine and had shown the battery display and led blinker also worked within an hour or so of charging. Now today morning i tried to file a return as the product i had received is defective, but flipkart isn't allowing that every time i go for the return option a pop up message is showing which reads ' for handset related issue go to a service center'. This phone obviously is defective and wont work, but i have paid the whole amount, why did flipkart send such a piece, and now is trying to was thier hands off it. Isn't it their responsibility to send proper products?
