Hi, I have received new Moto G3 mobile on 30 nov. 2015 and after 28 day H/W failure issue occurred. Due to 31st dec. celebration i didn't informed to Flipkart and i was also not aware about this issue i thought its a common issue. I was called to Flipkart to replace this device but the denied. Verified Support Jan 08, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, MASC personnel initially informed to customer service will be done within 2 days. But, now they have exceed it to 15 more days. Also, they did not received any calls from MASC. Informed customer to wait 15 days for their service, as they mentioned issue in motherboard. Customer agreed and we will do the follow up on the same.
