This issue has been going on since 07.08.2020 (Initial order date) but still it didn't get resolved & so, i am once again here to take the help of this forum for it's quick disposal. The facts are hereby provided chronologically for better understanding:
Initial order date: 07.08.2020 (Pic 1)
Order no: od[protected]Pic 1)
Delivered on: 15.08.2020 (Pic 1)
* no packaging & the product was damaged (Wet with rain water & mud)
Mailed to flipkart (Raised incident): 15.08.2020 (Pic 2)
Reply from flipkart: 28.08.2020 (Action will be taken within 48 hours) (Pic 3)
* no action taken from flipkart till 31.08.2020
Mailed to flipkart (Follow-up): 31.08.2020 (Pic 4)
Call from flipkart: 03.09.2020 at 10:25 am (I missed the call) (Pic 5)
I rang the no. On the same day (03.09.2020) at 10:38 am & 10:43 am (Pic 5)
* the number was not accepting incoming calls then.
I received a mail intimating failure to contact from flipkart on: 03.09.2020 (Pic 6)
* they also mentioned that i will get another call within 4 hours
Mailed to flipkart: 04.09.2020 (Pic 7)
* i did not receive any calls within 4 hours & also shared alternative contact no
Call from flipkart on 06.09.2020 at 1:24 pm
* mr. Vijay from flipkart team spoke & assured me about replacement.
* though i ordered alternative product from amazon, yet i chose replacement over refund
* i wanted confirmation that this time the product should not get damaged.
I received intimation for replacement via mail & sms: 06.09.2020
The replaced product was delivered on 07.09.2020 (Pic 8)
* i was surprised to find that the product is again delivered damaged
* this time also there was no packaging from flipkart
I wanted to raise another incident on 08.09.2020 (Pic 9)
* but this time even the complaint was not getting lodged
I again tried to lodge the complaint on 13.09.2020 (Pic 10)
* but unfortunately my request was not processed from flipkart end
However it was successful on 13.09.2020 after sometime (Pic 11)
* it was intimated to me that i shall get a call within 48 hours
* i still haven’t got any response since then.
On the second time, i sought for refund instead of replacement but since then i received no response from flipkart. Pictures of the product as delivered (In both the cases) have been provided separately in two collages (Delivery 1) & (Delivery 2). I hope that this time flipkart team will pay a positive heed to my long demanding plea. Thank you.
