[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement for realme 5 pro

I'm porselvam, i was placed an ordered realme 5 pro sparkling blue 64 gb on 4th october 2019 and i received a wrong product on 9th october 2019. I received realme 5

I have raised a request for replacement to actual order which i had placed on 9th they told me to wait 12th october, on 12th october i didn't get any response from flipkart again i called customer service and they said wait for 24 hours, on 13 the october they cancelled my request, again i raised request that also they cancelled on 17th october 2019. The request now also still pending only. They extending the date and time only. The return approval is remaining pending.
In bill they mention realme 5 pro with imei number, the imei number matching with realme 5 mobile.

I kindly requesting do the needful and replacement of my actual order.
