[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement/ harassment of customer | |||
Hello Team, Myself a customer who purchased 7.5kg washer machine worth rs 5999/- on 28th September, 2021. It is not working from the 1st day itself. Also pathetic customer service I received from Customer care saying that there is technical issue whenever I contact. I want replacement or kindly refund money as I'm loss after purchasing this product flipkart. I also agree that there can be technical error some time but always whenever I try to return my product through computer or over phone everytime I get same issue. After all I tried to contact customer care but they are not taking interest to resolve the issue. And I must say that first time I experienced pathetic, ridiculous and third class flipkart service.
