Flipkart — Replacement is not accepted though it was raised within the policy. | |||
Purchased Realme Buds Air ANC from Flipkart. Delivered on 13-Oct-21, the product was damaged so raised a replacement request on 19-Oct. When checked after a couple of days, no details were updated on the order. Contacted Flipkart Customer Care and they responded that technical issue call after a day. Tried a couple of days but the same response. Lost my patience and asked the support team to raise a complaint, without contacting me they closed the ticket when I called back they raised another ticket and he mentioned that recorded all the info in the new ticket and referenced the 1st one, the numbers are below. IN[protected] IN[protected] But Flipkart responded after some time that you need to contact the brand to claim the replacement. Contacted support again and they asked for the pictures and details raised initially, sent all the details then she raised a replacement request on 17-Nov after a month of struggle. Received a message today that the replacement request is rejected and said that you need to contact the Brand. Back to the same response. Frustrated about Flipkart response and lost all hope. Is there a way to escalate this issue to any Government E-commerce complaint department? Was this information helpful? | |||
