Respected Sir, I am sorry to inform you that the HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone was ordered on 14/07/2015 through Flipkart, order number is OD[protected], Product - Handset/ VI92952 /HTC ["[protected]", "[protected]"], Seller's TIN Number is [protected], Invoice number is blr_wfld[protected], CIN is U72900KA2009PTC050123 and as well as Seller's Name is WS Retail Services Pvt.Ltd, but the same is delivered by Flipkart's courier partner ekart on 18/07/2015 at 02:30 Pm.I therefore hence opened the parcel of the product HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone from Flipkart the very same day on 18/07/2015 and I was very much shocked and very much disappointed to see that the product HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone was not working, it was not turning on and as well as the display of the smartphone was very much broken from the begaining and since the very same day that was 18/07/2015 and therefore hence I had received a defective damaged handset product of the HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone from Flipkart and I also felt cheated for which i had made a complain to Flipkart's customer care office for deputing the service of replacement for the same very best fresh brand new product of HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone in order to get the same but no one is attending my complain.Today till now no one from Flipkart had bothered to call me and ask what is the matter with the handset??? OR what is the problem with the handset??? Now i am requesting you to depute a replacement and send me a very best fresh brand new product of HTC Desire 826 (Blue Lagoon) Smartphone inorder immediately.I am an employee and could not get any time to call Flipkart's customer care office or send email to Flipkart's customer care office.Please look into the matter immediately.Now, Flipkart has initiated Refund money in the account against my phone as because now they have hiked the price Rs.26502/- which is available with them.However when I spoke to them they said it will be replaced within 3 days.Now their decision has been changed as informed by the executive of Flipkart.I don't need refund money, I need replacement of same mobile, I can not be without phone..because its very important for my work.They have informed to refund the mobile to their vendor and to fresh book for new mobile for which they will credit in my credit card account.
