[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement issues and | |||
Hi this is koushik, Order id - od[protected] With all due patience i waited for 2 long month... But the things are getting worse day by day.. Flipkart has become such a irresponsible shopping dealer to handle the customer with care... I have ordered gym set items worth rs.2238... But when i got the product, i was shocked to see such a poor quality products from flipkart... Hence i immediately requested for replacement... It's been 3 month since i'm waiting... No one had come to collect it and replace with the new one... I'm fed up with such lazy and irresponsible attitude from your side... Am requesting one last time with all due respect... If b it doesn't go well, i'll register a complaint with consumer court regarding this... I want to return this as soon as possible... Even though i requested for replacement according to ur return policy, it's not happening with me... Even if i try contact through phone call, it's getting tough to contact them... They are not connecting me to representatives... I'm frustrated with all these things... Let's see whether u'll end with replacement or ready to lose customer satisfaction..!!!
