Flipkart — Replacement Mobile never arrived (Flipkart Order - OD[protected] | |||
FIrst I ordered mobile on 22nd June "Asus Zenfone -2 " after receiving the mobile After charging it to full battery, used it for couple of hours and the battery drained completely I raised a complaint the support guy was arrogant and closed the issue without resolving. Raised a complaint again, they promised for the replacement after checking through their "smartapp" application. I got a message saying it would be delivered before 2nd July, and from June 30th till July 3rd I started receiving the message saying it will be delivered today with delivery guy phone number. I called him lot of times but no response I called the customer care again on 04th July, just to find that they tried to deliver and I was not available. That is really a false information as I gave my office address in first instance so that I do not miss these guys and second I did not have anyone called me Today 5th July they called me again as I complained they said they will reschedule the replacement of phone.
