Be delivered by 9th oct'19. Your so called seller did not delivered on 9th,
Moreover after several followups and phone calls to your call center and
Helpline number we got the delivery on 18th oct'19 (9 days late) that too a
Damaged piece. We placed the replacement request on 18th oct'19. Today is
21st and we don't have any update when we will get the product and whether
We will get it on diwali or not.
Is this really a way to deal with your regular customers??
Bad experience with call center executives :
After having such a bad experience, your cc executives add more fuel in the
Fire with a very bad responses and same repeating replies.
No follow up on complaint and rude replies. We called hundreds of time and
As a result we are yet to receive the resolution. Today again we had a
Word with aditya gupta (Supervisor) but he was also not able to resolve the
Query.
What i want?
1. I want the replacement of this product till 25th oct'19.
Or
2. I request you to cancel this product and initiate my refund request in 2
Days.
