I ordered an episoft sunscreen from Glenmark.
It comes under non returnable category .so the money won't be refunded i agree .
But i recieved a DAMAGED PRODUCT (the cap was broken, the product was leaking and the quantity was tremendously reduced) so i tried connecting to the customer care nd they placed a REPLACEMENT REQUEST which got declined because the product was out of stock .
After that i tried addressing my issue by trying to contact them but they gave me no response i wrote a mail to the grievance officer but this also seem not to help.
I either need the money back or the product .
This is such a disappointing issue that I'm unable to reach out for help.
The inconvenience that I've faced is huge .
