Flipkart — replacement of damaged product (inalsa easy toast bg) | |||
My registered mobile number is [protected]. Product is inalsa easy toast bg It's really unfortunate that my first ever experience with flipkart is so bad. I had placed an order on 8th sep for inalsa easy toast bg, amounting to rs.729. Product was delivered to me on 9th sep at 1.45 pm & upon opening the packaging, the contents were found to be damaged. On 9th sep at 2.30 pm, i had requested for the replacement of the inalsa easy toast bg or if they cannot deliver the product then refund the amount. I have complained many times to flipkart customer care but received no feedback from flipkart. They have committed the product will be replaced but still now there is no response from them. So, i request you to replace fresh product as soon as possible. Please find the attached photo of inalsa easy toast bg.
