[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement of faulty product | |||
I purchased a mobile phone honor 9n of order no Od[protected] on flipkart which was faulty, came to know that after two days. The same i initiated return of the product, one technician visited and reset the phone without assessing the exact problem and told me that he has installed some app so that i can know the problem and inform them, thetth same problem repeated, i complained for the replacement of the product which was rejected and told me that ur time period has expired. They are not listening at all, because o[censored]r customer bad service i am suffering a lot and my wasted, u company cheated me of giving faulty item and just passing the return period.
