Flipkart — replacement of faulty zenfone 2 | |||
Regarding order Id OD[protected], I placed an order for zenfone 2 on 6 may 2015, product got delivered on 11 may 2015, right from the next day, it started creating problem that was very irritating, continous signal drop, in sim slot 1, at regular interval of 10 to 15 min signal got disappeared, I called ASUS service centre and told them about the problem, they replied that it is problem of slim slot, and needs to be changed, So I requested for return on 12 may 2015, because flipkart (W S RETAIL) provides30 days of exchange if product is faulty, mine replacement request was accepted with return Id 19209214, I recieved a msg from flipkart to install smrt check app and was informed about a call which was scheduled on 13 may 2015 at 8 pm, I recieved call but because of network problem can't connect with technical team, flipkart again scheduled a call for next day, but on that day I was not aware when they called me, suddenly, I recieved a msg of next scheduled date or to contact customer care for early redressal, I called atonce and asked them to connect to technical team, customer care representative started fooling me and said that technical team can only be contacted at scheduled time . So I waited for next day, which was on 15 may 2015 at 6.30 pm, but I didn't recieved any call, so I call them back but to my surprise, they just tried to ignore the problem, So it's requested that please do necessary to sort out my problem, and do the replacement ASAP Thanks and Regard Shashi Bhushan [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
