[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement of moto g5 plus because of defective power on/off button | |||
I purchased moto g5 plus from flipkart on 9th aug'17. Its power on/off button is defective. So i applied for replacement. Their engineer's visited us and also confirmed that its button is defective but mobile is working so they refused replacement. I again applied for replacement and again same thing happens. My concern is when i purchased new mobile, then why to take defective piece. Invoice no. Was this information helpful? | |||
