I bought this mobile from flipkart and it stopped working after 1 month, it has been sent to service center and service center personal were unable to repair it so they issued a special replacement certificate (Doa certificate) informing us that they have done with their part and now we have to contact the seller from which i bought the mobile. Regarding this i have been following with flipkart for last 1 month and provide them all the necessary documents which they asked but still have not got any satisfactory response from them. Each and every time they send email that they are escalating the issue but no help. When checked with service center they told that they can replace the screen and we have to raise again the concern with flipkart for replacement but flipkart is not behaving professionally.
I am the customer who is suffering for last 2-3 months due to that faulty mobile phone without having any fault.
If you are not considering it then be ready to meet at consumer court this time as i have enough of your excuses.
