[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement product rejected 4 times | |
4th time replacement cancelled. Technician visit scheduled all the 4 times and then after couple of days order cancelled 4 times. Frustrating experience and irresponsible responses. Never expected from such a big service provider. Everytime the flipkart team is assuring that the product will be delivered, but never. Verified Support Dec 11, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer, apologized as the replacement was cancelled and informed that refund request will be raised but customer was not happy as he wanted EMI charges as well and did not want us to raise a refund request hence, closing the complaint.
